Master Zhang Hao came to Australia in 1988 with the passion to promote the benefits of oriental health systems with the objective of offering high standard mind-body-spirit integration courses to attain a fulfilling lifestyle and maximise the participant's full potential in natural health and healing. To order to integrate the Eastern Healing wisdom with Western health system, He has studied and granted the Diploma of Remedial massage and Physical Therapy with (ACNT) in 1989. In 1990, Master Zhang Hao established the Chi-Chinese Healing College and has become a prominent and respected leader in the fields of Traditional Chinese massage, Tai Chi and Qigong since.
1n 1993, Master Zhang Hao become the first credited teacher and examiner with Association of Remedial Masseurs (ARM) in Traditional Chinese remedial massage and conducting a first accredited Traditional Chinese Remedial Massage course in Australia. From 2005, the Chi-Chinese Healing College became a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that offers Nationally Recognised Qualifications courses and is affiliated with Beijing China International Exchange Centre of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The Australian School of Remedial Therapies is a subsidiary of the Chi-Chinese Healing College established from 2011, the school is specialising in delivering Certificate IV in Massage Therapy, Diploma of Remedial Massage and the Diploma of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Remedial Massage which are all accredited by Australian professional complementary medicine associations including ANTA, ATMS, AMT, AAMT etc. and has fully recognised by Australian health funds. At a very young age, Master Zhang Hao learnt martial arts under the guidance of his grandfather, a prominent Chinese Medical Scholar and Tai Chi Master. He won the Silver Medal at the "China National Wu Shu Competition" in 1978, and the Gold Medal for the Best Martial Arts Performance of the "China Traditional Martial Arts Tournament" in 1982. In the same year, Master Zhang Hao graduated with High Distinction from the prestigious Beijing Institute of Physical Culture and was awarded a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, majoring in Chinese Bodywork Therapies, Wu Shu and Tai Chi. He was also granted the privilege of post graduate studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine Remedial Massage with one of the most highly regarded physicians in China, Dr. Li Yungchang. From 2013, Master Zhang Hao was appointed the subject matter expert and consultant in reviewing and designing National Training Package Qualification of HLT52115 Diploma of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) remedial massage with Australian Community Services & Health Industry Skills Council (CS&HISC). |
